If it’s a good fit, we move to Step 2. Step 2: Custom Scope & Cost Proposal After the call, Massif HQ will provide a detailed breakdown of the scope of work, proposed hours, responsibilities, start date, and weekly cost structure. Step 3: Placement Begins Once terms are agreed upon, your assigned Massif HQ consultant will begin working on-site or remotely as agreed. They’ll act as a fully embedded team member—driving deliverables, collaborating with your staff, and ensuring key responsibilities are handled from day one. Step 4: Ongoing Weekly Engagement You’ll be billed weekly at the pre-agreed rate until the engagement is complete or no longer needed.
